Business field:

Company:

Business size:
YBC $10 million club
Marital status:
Married
Looking for in YBC:
My main goal in YBC is to find ten people stronger than me in business scale, number of products, or team level, and learn from those who have already passed the next stage of development. Right now, I am most interested in the experience of moving from a company of 100 employees to an organization of 300 or 500 people. I am also interested in managing a multi-product system without a classic task pyramid, where new ideas and responsibility centers appear not only at the leadership level but also lower in the organization. I want to build a company as a team of stars, where the founder sets the frame, strategic goals, and culture, but does not manage every micro-task. The club convinced me that joining was the right decision because of its atmosphere of mutual usefulness. I saw an environment where people first ask, "How can I help?" It is normal here to be useful to others and to look for people stronger than you.

Olha Poberezhna

Business field:
Development of a beauty salon in central Warsaw. We provide comprehensive beauty services: manicure, pedicure, cosmetology, massage, brow services, and makeup.
Company:
Holt House
Business size:
YBC
Marital status:
Married, raising a son
Looking for in YBC:
I joined YBC primarily for a strong entrepreneurial environment. After moving to Warsaw, it was important for me to find a community where I could discuss business, exchange experience, and build new professional connections. In Kyiv, my circle formed naturally, so I almost did not need business communities. After moving, everything had to be built from scratch. For me, YBC is primarily an opportunity to be among people who think in similar categories, are ready to share experience, support one another, and grow together.

Alona Belykh

Business field:
AI, Healthcare / MedTech, LegalTech, SaaS, Cloud & Microservices
Company:
Eira
Business size:
YBC
Marital status:
Married
Looking for in YBC:
For me, the club is an environment of entrepreneurs who have already gone through business scaling and are ready to share experience. Communication with founders of companies with annual turnover from $1 million is especially valuable, because new management challenges appear at that stage. I am also looking for partnerships in AI and Healthcare, where we can combine expertise, launch joint projects, and create new development opportunities.

Angelina Kotlyk

Business field:
Beauty. My business is beauty salons offering manicures and pedicures, haircuts, coloring, brow services, and partly permanent makeup.
Company:
Colibri Beauty Space
Business size:
YBC
Marital status:
Divorced
Looking for in YBC:
I came to YBC for community and live communication with people who think in business categories. Because of the war, many friends scattered around the world, and in adulthood building a new circle is much harder, even if you meet people easily. In Warsaw, I lacked my own professional environment outside the family. In the first months in the club, I felt I had found exactly that community. I am very satisfied with the experience: I met new people, built live contacts, and started communicating with members from related fields, especially beauty, to exchange experience more deeply and discuss professional details.

Misha Sablin

Business field:
Walking tours
Company:
Adventure World Tours
Business size:
YBC Wise
Marital status:
Engaged
Looking for in YBC:
I joined YBC primarily for the environment. For me, a strong circle is one of the key development factors for an entrepreneur. I believe we are influenced not only by our closest few people, but by a much wider circle of contacts with whom we interact regularly. That is why it is important for me to be part of a strong entrepreneurial community where people exchange experience, scale of thinking, and practical business-development tools.

Business field:
Several directions:, craft and hobby goods, FMCG, including snack production, especially dried cheese, treats for animals
Company:
Abrisart; Prime Snack; Pet Corp, Barpi brand
Business size:
YBC Wise
Marital status:
Married
Looking for in YBC:
In YBC, I primarily look for people who have gone a long way in business and life. I am interested in understanding how they lived through the stages I am currently going through. For me, the network is not only for deals, but an environment for personal growth as an entrepreneur: · forming personal capital · philosophy of decision-making · building a large systematic business for decades and future generations I also allow that in the future the club may bring strong partners for launching new production facilities, including a new factory in Europe for the pet-treat direction. The club has already given me interesting acquaintances with people who motivate me to keep moving, do new things, and think wider. For me, this is the main value of such communities: to be near people whose level you want to grow toward and with whom it is interesting to talk about decisions, development, and business evolution.
