Section 3: Biography.

An architect guided by the principle «what is clearly planned always gets done»

I am — Olena Danylenko, founder and director of the studio ONN.Design, an architect and interior designer with a degree in the field and more than seven years of experience managing a creative business. During this time, I have built a company that works on projects around the world, with a flexible team ranging from one to ten professionals and well-established, systematic processes.

The key turning points in my professional journey were enrolling in a specialized university, moving to Kyiv, and starting my own business. These experiences shaped my entrepreneurial resilience, strategic thinking, and ability to make decisions under pressure. In my work, I always pay particular attention to disciplined processes and clear planning, which allows me to maintain high quality standards even during difficult periods — from the pandemic to the full-scale war. By systematically adapting our marketing and focusing on results, I was able to keep the business afloat and continue developing it.

As a leader, I combine creativity with operational discipline. I actively develop my personal brand, build marketing funnels, and integrate artificial intelligence tools into work processes, helping us generate ideas faster and optimize the team's work. My strengths include building and supporting effective teams even in stressful conditions, as well as scaling a business, delegating key tasks, and positioning it strategically in the market.

My guiding principle in life — «What is clearly planned always gets done». This idea has guided me from my first entrepreneurial steps to delivering major projects and achieving stable financial results. In business, I value expertise, transparent processes, and partnerships that help a company grow faster and more systematically.

Specialized education, personal expertise, and confidence in the quality of the product

How did the business idea come about?

The business idea came naturally — in a field directly related to my education and professional expertise. I realized that I had enough knowledge and experience to create my own projects and work toward results as an entrepreneur.

Visibility, delegation, and stable processes — three steps to scaling

What key skills helped you launch your business?

The foundation was my expertise in my professional field, built through specialized education and practical experience. It gave me confidence in the quality of the product and the ability to earn clients' trust.

What are the 3 most difficult challenges you faced in the first years?

  1. Building a public profile and developing a personal brand.
  2. Delegating tasks and building a team.
  3. Scaling the business and establishing stable processes.

Staffing crisis, COVID, and war — rewrote the marketing strategy three times

What crises has your business faced, and how did you overcome them?

One of the key challenges was the staffing crisis — the ongoing search for strong specialists and the work of building a team. The COVID-19 pandemic and the start of the full-scale war also had a significant impact, causing a downturn in the market. In response, we revised our marketing strategy, introduced new customer acquisition channels, and adapted the business to the new realities.

New marketing channels and systematic promotion as the foundation for growth

Which decisions proved most effective for the company's growth?

The most effective measures were introducing new marketing tools and customer acquisition channels, as well as taking a systematic approach to promoting our services.

The best time to start taking action — is today

What mistake do you now consider your most valuable learning experience?

Putting off important decisions. Over time, I realized a simple but important truth: the best time to start taking action — is today.

From flowers grown in her own garden to large-scale projects in the Kyiv suburbs

How did you earn your first $100?

As a child, — by selling flowers grown in my own garden. That was my first entrepreneurial experience.

How did you earn your first $1 000?

I earned that money while working for an employer, gaining my first professional experience in my field.

How did you earn your first $10 000?

I earned my first $10 000 in the very first year of running my own business.

How did you earn your first $100 000?

This became possible through the completion of several large-scale projects covering substantial areas in the Kyiv suburbs.

Section 4: How can I be useful? Experience I can share.

A creative team under deadline and AI as a growth tool

Your experience: how to systematize a business?

Working with creative teams in challenging conditions. Situations often arise when a team is working under intense stress, especially during wartime, when inspiration or new ideas are in short supply. At the same time, deadlines remain unchanged, and projects must be completed to a high standard and on time. I have experience organizing a team’s work in these conditions, supporting the creative process, and bringing projects to completion.

Artificial intelligence in the creative field accelerates ideation and optimizes teamwork

Your experience: how to grow x2 in a year?

Using artificial intelligence tools in the creative field. I actively integrate modern technologies into workflows, helping to speed up idea development, optimize teamwork, and increase the efficiency of project delivery.

Section 5: Club value

What am I looking for in the club?

I am looking for a community of grounded, motivated people who create new projects, grow businesses, and move forward every day.

What have I received from the club?

The Club gave me a deeper understanding of the market, as well as the opportunity to sense the mood of entrepreneurs and the business community during wartime.
