Section 3: Biography.

My name is Serhii Sevidov, and I am currently an entrepreneur (Web3go,Compas Exchange,Adventure Tours Madeira,Fanal Restaurant,Laurisilva Spa & Real Estate), for whom discipline today — means freedom tomorrow. My journey began with a simple dream of independence and grew into an ecosystem of businesses in Madeira: from Web3 and finance to tourism, restaurants, and real estate. Moving to the island was a turning point — my son was born here, and a new level of awareness, structure, and partnerships began.

Over the years, I have turned the "solo game" into a system where the team — is the greatest asset, and partnerships — are a growth accelerator. I build businesses that can double their results through structure, delegation, and clear processes, and help others do the same: step away from day-to-day operations, launch new ventures in other countries, and scale without losing control.

Surfing, padel, sports, hiking, and travel energize me — they discipline the mind just as business disciplines processes. I respect mastery, value a strong circle, and seek action-oriented partners so we can create scale together, where every step — is an investment in long-term freedom.

How did you get the idea for your business?

The idea was born from a desire for freedom. First — to earn, then — to build a system. Moving to Madeira became the starting point for a new model of life: business as an ecosystem, not just income.

What key skills helped you launch your business?

  • Strategic vision

  • International-level networking

  • The ability to launch from scratch

  • Delegation and building a structure

What are the 3 most difficult challenges you overcame in the early years?

  • Building a team in a new country.

  • Cash flow during COVID.

  • Scaling without losing control.

What crises has your business faced, and how did you overcome them?

COVID — diversification and launching new ventures. War — international reorientation and financial restructuring.

What decisions proved most effective for the company's growth?

  • Partnerships instead of going solo;

  • Structure;

  • Investing in people.

Which mistake do you now consider your most valuable experience?

Holding on to everything myself for too long. The lesson — is to delegate sooner and scale through the team.

How did you earn your first $100?

I sold produce from the garden with my mother.

How did you earn your first $1 000?

Reselling goods and my first entrepreneurial attempts.

How did you earn your first $10 000?

Organizing business projects and brokering major deals.

How did you earn your first $100 000?

International partnership contracts in finance and tourism.

How did you earn your first $1 000 000?

Systematizing the business, scaling the finance division, and creating several parallel income streams.

Section 4: How can I be useful? Experience I can share.

I can share how to step away from day-to-day operations and how to launch a business in a new country through local people and personal experience. I can share my experience with partnerships and international networking.

Your experience: how to systematize a business?

Start with the basics: hire and delegate. Build processes around content, sales, and operations. Create a structure with less chaos and more predictable results.

Your experience: how to grow 2x in a year?

Invest in social media and content (creating and distributing it) to help others discover both their business and their personal brand. Developing my personal brand brought me word-of-mouth referrals; people started recommending us and me. Partnerships followed.

Through content and partnerships, we’re now bringing more of our people to Madeira, into the team, and on tours/retreats ——and that’s where the growth comes from.

Section 5: Club value

What am I looking for in the club?

I’m looking for more experience, structure, and systems in business. Delegation and building a strong team.

What have I received from the club?

It gave me energy and people. An environment where you can speak the same language, exchange experience, and simply be among your own. It’s really energizing and keeps you moving.
