Section 3: Biography.

From a small settlement to owning multimillion-dollar businesses and founding Synapora

My name is Denys Shkribliak, and today I own multimillion-dollar businesses and am the founder of Synapora — a service that automates business processes using artificial intelligence (AI). I was born in a small settlement where ideas about success were quite modest. At 17, I took a step that changed my path forever: I became a believer in God. The values of faith reshaped my circle and my character, teaching me to stand by my word and to make decisions with courage.

At 22, I became an entrepreneur and immersed myself in the world of business, where the speed of decisions can sometimes matter as much as their quality.

Over time, I managed to build teams of up to 400 people, navigate cash flow gaps and operational chaos, and learn how to systematize a business through:

  • financial models • KPIs for teams
  • regular management
  • structured business process management.

At 28, I got married, and my family with three children became the third major turning point in my life. It sharpened my focus on long-term strategy, business growth, and building systems that deliver over the long term. I moved to a big city and settled in Irpin, and since then I have followed a simple rule: if you think about growth every day, growth is inevitable. After selling my previous companies, I founded Synapora — an AI business process automation service that helps companies optimize their operations, reduce costs, and scale their businesses using artificial intelligence.

Today, our AI business automation solutions operate in international markets: the United States, the European Union, Canada, and Australia. We are growing quickly, but in a disciplined way.

The company is built on:

  • strong managers
  • delegation through managers
  • clear business processes
  • experimentation with new AI tools.

My journey — from reselling products to building a systematic eCommerce business with international shipping and sales in 60+ markets — taught me a simple lesson: a business's strength lies in the right models and strong people.

My personal compass is:

  • surrounding myself with people stronger than me
  • systematic business growth
  • thinking in terms of «grow x2 in a year».

How a team of 400 led me to AI automation

How did the business idea come about?

Up to 400 people worked at the same time in my previous companies, which I have since sold. I began to consider how we could reduce operational work by automating business processes. Over time, it became clear that AI business automation was not just something I needed, but something most companies needed. That's why I created Synapora, a service that automates companies using artificial intelligence.
