Section 3: Biography.
I am Stanislav Shypko, co-owner of the construction company SPHERA LTD.
My professional journey began long before I started my own business. While still at school, I worked as a lathe operator, and during my university studies, as a welder. That was when I gained my first experience earning money independently and gradually realized that I wanted to keep growing.
I found my first official job at the headquarters of a political party, where I worked on campaign and outreach activities. This experience was an important stage for me, but later I moved into the construction industry. It shaped the direction of my professional career.
The next step was starting my own business. I consider this one of the most important decisions of my life, because it gave me the opportunity to set my own direction, make difficult decisions, and take responsibility for the results.
Over time, my work expanded beyond a single market. Today, I am a co-owner of the construction company SPHERA LTD, which operates in Indonesia and Cyprus.
I rely on a simple principle in my work: nothing is impossible if you don’t create limitations in your own mind. For an entrepreneur, it is important to see the goal, set a high standard, and not put off decisions that determine the business’s future direction.
How did you come up with the business idea?
There was demand, and that led to the idea of starting a business.
What key skills helped you start your business?

What were the 3 most difficult challenges you addressed in the first years?
The first difficult challenges were related to legal matters, staffing, and the need to organize the work better than I could have done it myself.
What crises has your business faced, and how did you overcome them?
There have been many different situations, but the main problems and crises are always related to people.
Which decisions proved most effective for the company’s growth?
The most effective approach is to maintain high standards and have a goal to focus on.
What mistake do you now consider your most valuable experience?
I realized that you can’t trust people and be sure they will want to honor their agreements.
How did you earn your first $100?
I earned my first $100 during my school years, working as a lathe operator.
How did you earn your first $1 000?
As a student, I worked as a welder and earned my first $1 000 that way.
How did you earn your first $10 000?
I earned my first $10 000 at my first official job, doing campaign and outreach work at a political party headquarters.
How did you earn your first $100 000?

How did you earn your first $1 000 000?
I haven't earned it yet, but very soon.
