Full-cycle agency working with clients in 23 countries

My name is Viktor Kovalenko, and I am the founder and owner KVikStudio, a full-cycle digital agency that has been working with clients in 23 countries around the world for more than six years, has a team of 22 people, and generates annual revenue of $200–300 thousand.

We have worked with Microsoft, AdMixer, EasyBank, Materialize, and Glo, but the core of our client base is small and medium-sized businesses, both Ukrainian and international. My story is not about “overnight success”. It is about the journey. About decisions. About responsibility. And about how mindset shapes a business model more powerfully than any startup capital. In my life, I have changed about 20 jobs. And that is no exaggeration. I learn very quickly. Usually, within two weeks, I understood a process so deeply that I could see that half the tasks did not need to be done at all. I could not influence the system. When I told my manager that something was unnecessary, I heard the answer: “That's how it's done”. That was unacceptable to me. I can't stand pointless work. That is why none of my jobs as an employee lasted long. The longest was a year and nine’ months. And that was only where there was a connection’ to results, rather than to time.

Started with content for one client

How did the business idea come about?
