I see YBC as a kind of “gym for business.” I come not only for specific advice, but also to strengthen my mindset as an owner. It is a space where I can work through my doubts about difficult decisions, such as investing in team development or HR training, and regain a sense of inner stability. A state in which I am once again ready to move the business forward and take responsibility for its next stage of growth.
